Chapter Five: Divine Mechanics

p. 144Principle of Motion: This charm seems too generous, especially for Eclipse and Moonshadow Caste Exalts who learn it. A simple fix is to keep the number of banked actions gained from this Charm equal to willpower, but cap the number of actions that can be used in any given magical flurry at the spirit's Essence.
